ACL Formula Grant Support

The APS TARC provides technical assistance, via individual requests, webinars and other mechanisms, to recipients of the Administration for Community Living’s (ACL) Coronavirus Response & Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021: Grants to Enhance APS to Respond to COVID-19 (also referred to as "APS Formula Grants"). ACL posted a Federal Register Notice early in 2021 announcing the availability of $93,880,000 in formula grant funding for APS through this grant opportunity.

The Administration for Community Living (ACL) posted a Federal Register Notice announcing the availability of $93,880,000 in formula grant funding for adult protective services through the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021.

ACL posted a Federal Register Notice announcing the availability of additional formula grant funding for adult protective services through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. 

American Rescue Plan Act of 2021: Grants to Enhance Adult Protective Services (FY 2022)

ACL posted a Federal Register Notice announcing the availability of additional formula grant funding for adult protective services through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. These funds are in addition to those already released in August 2021. Applications for funding must be received by June 24, 2022.
